So, we start working on our final project very soon and I’m super excited!!
I decided to work in a group for this project since I feel that I work better with others and it allows me to be exposed to other opinions and ideas. When determining my group, I thought about the qualities that make an effective team. I wanted to ensure that I had group members who always put their best efforts forward and who would be determined to achieve any goals we may set. I also chose members who I am comfortable and familiar with. Doing so will allow me to better express my thoughts and ideas to their fullest potential. It will also help to make sure that our group has more effective and honest communication.

My first group member is Zadie!! Zadie is honestly the most organized person I know. She’s very responsible when it comes to getting things done and manages her time very well. She’s also really funny and outgoing. I think Zadie is a great asset to our group. The second member of my group is Christy!! She is really good at film and making videos. Christy is also experienced in editing. She is really good at incorporating her creative mindset in her projects in a way that works well. I think her skills will really benefit our group. My third group member is Tiffany!! Tiffany is very precise with her work. She always makes sure to incorporate even the tiniest details that end up making the biggest difference. Tiffany will help to ensure that our overall project will meet its fullest potential.
Each of my group members have qualities that I know will combine well to produce a successful project, and I can’t wait to start working with them!
